According to the recommendations of the Kirov branch of the company, management companies need to adjust the temperature at the heating units of houses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for air temperature in apartments. During the live broadcast, organized by the Regional Management Center of the Kirov region, experts discussed the importance of proper preparation of the heating system and explained how to avoid flooding in residential areas.
According to Maxim Flenko, technical director of the Kirov branch of the company, the temperature in ordinary rooms should be at least 20 ° C, and in corner rooms — at least 22 ° C. The permissible excess is 4 °C, which means that the temperature in residential premises should not exceed 24 ° C, and in corner rooms — 26 °C.
If residents notice that the temperature in the apartments is too high, they can contact the Management Committee with an application for system adjustment. The indoor heating system must be equipped with constricting devices, balancing valves or automatic devices for regulating heat consumption. If there are no such devices, the management company is obliged to install them before the start of the next heating season.
In addition, the experts emphasized that the preparation of the heating system for the next season includes crimping, flushing and adjusting the internal systems. Work begins immediately after the end of the current heating season.
The decision to end the heating season is made by the municipal administration when the average daily temperature outside exceeds 8°C for five days.
These activities will help create comfortable conditions for residents and avoid heating problems in winter.
