A resident of Tuzha attacked a friend with a knife
On the afternoon of October 24, a resident of Tuzha was visiting the 48-year-old defendant. There they decided to drink alcohol, however, during the feast there was a conflict between them. The reason was the guest's refusal to leave the accommodation.
Feeling disgusted, the defendant backhanded two blows with a kitchen knife, causing minor incised wounds to his friend's neck and hands. The injuries are considered to have caused minor harm to health, which follows from the conclusion of the forensic medical examination.
A criminal case was opened against a 48-year-old resident of Tuzha. He was found guilty under paragraph "b" h. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of minor harm to health using an object used as a weapon). The man fully admitted his guilt, and before the verdict was handed down, he compensated the moral damage caused to the victim.
The court sentenced the defendant to 180 hours of compulsory labor.
