According to Kirovstat, the average monthly nominal accrued salary in January 2025 in the region increased slightly and amounted to 61 thousand 400 rubles.

Employees in the field of finance and insurance are in second place in terms of salary: 74,877 rubles. Completing the top three in terms of salaries are workers employed in manufacturing: 74 thousand 149 rubles.
According to Kirovstat, the smallest salaries in January of this year were in the field of education: 46 thousand 37 rubles.
As for the number of employees of organizations in the Kirov region, in January of this year it amounted to 347,500 people.
Recall that last year, according to Kirovstat, about 12 thousand Kirov residents were unemployed.
