66% of Kirov residents support the idea of reviving the university graduate distribution system

      According to the survey results, 66% of Kirov residents support the idea of reviving the distribution system for young professionals. Those who, on the contrary, have a negative attitude towards this practice — 15%. Interestingly, the older the respondents are, the more actively they advocate the idea of distribution: 53% of citizens under the age of 35 expressed support, and 68% of citizens over the age of 45.

      69% of parents of 11th graders planning to enroll in universities approve the idea of returning to the practice of distributing graduates. On the contrary, 14% of the respondents were against it. Among full-time students, 44% think that the system of allocating young specialists should be restored. 34% have the opposite opinion.

      Judging by the comments, Kirov residents do not want young people to be "bound" by obligations to their employer or the state for several years. Over the past few years, the labor market has changed a lot, and people have realized how important it is in today's world to be adaptive and able to quickly change companies or retrain.
