A 17-year-old resident of the Kirov region entered into a criminal conspiracy with people in one of the messengers in order to place drugs in "hiding places" for money. Unknown persons sent the teenager information about the location of a "wholesale" batch of prohibited substances, and the guy was supposed to make drug caches, followed by photographing and specifying specific coordinates.
From January to February of this year, he equipped 10 large and significant drug stashes in the Novovyatsky district of Kirov, but he failed to sell them, as he was detained by police officers. They stopped the illegal activities of the person involved and seized bundles of drugs from caches.
A criminal case was opened against the teenager. He is accused of attempting to illegally sell narcotic drugs in significant amounts (Part 3, Article 30, paragraph "b", Part 3, Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and large amounts (part 3, Article 30, paragraph "d", Part 4, Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). During the investigation of the case against the minor, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention. At the moment, all the circumstances of the incident are being established, as well as the evidence base is being collected.
