      Mironov proposes to introduce a mechanism in which the state will gradually repay the mortgage for the family as the number of children increases. At the birth of the first child, it is proposed to write off 25% of the debt, and the same amount at the birth of each subsequent child. Thus, with the arrival of the fourth child, the mortgage will be fully repaid at the expense of the state.

      The Fair Russia — For Truth party is confident that this measure can significantly increase the birth rate in the country, estimating a potential increase of 1.5-3 times. The argument is based on the successful experience of Orenburg region, where the head of one of the districts implemented a similar system at the expense of the local budget. The result was a twofold increase in the birth rate in the region, which, according to Mironov, proves the effectiveness of the proposed initiative.
