Kirov kindergarten does not control veterinary and sanitary safety of food

      From January 1 to March 5, the Department's specialists identified violations in the receipt of food at 6 socially significant institutions in the Kirov region, authorized by authorized persons. So, one example: from January 1 to March 3, 17 outstanding veterinary and accompanying documents (VSD) for 45.95 kg of "milk" and 26.05 kg of meat products were found at a multidisciplinary college in the city of Luz. In addition, during the same period, 63 outstanding ABS were established at a kindergarten in Kirov for 327.01 kg of "milk", 80.09 kg of meat products, 42 fish and 450 pieces of chicken eggs.

      By the way, the untimely extinguishing of the VSD prevents the traceability of livestock products and indicates that institutions accept products without taking into account the presence of VSD, without monitoring the veterinary and sanitary safety of the supplied products.

      On March 3, the Department issued warnings to socially significant institutions that had allowed the late cancellation of the AFD.
