The Kirov branch of "T Plus" is modernizing the boiler house 6.1 on Parkovaya Street in the Chistye Prudy microdistrict. The work began in 2026 and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
The capacity of the boiler house will be increased to 6.4 MW. To achieve this, three gas boilers with a total capacity of 4 MW will be installed in the building, and auxiliary equipment will be updated.
After modernization, the boiler house will operate in automatic mode. Continuous staff presence will not be required — the equipment will be equipped with a remote dispatching system.
The updated heat source will be able to provide heating to already connected consumers, as well as two new apartment buildings and a building of the Vyatka State Agrarian Technology University.
Until the new equipment is launched, the existing boilers, which have been prepared for the heating season, will continue to provide heating to the houses.
Earlier, "T Plus" reconstructed the heating networks to the houses in the microdistrict on Parkovaya and Sovetskaya Streets.
In total, in 2026, the company plans to update more than 10 km of pipelines in Kirov across 16 sections. Additionally, a new central heating point will be built on Koltsova Street.
