In eight months, revenue from fines in the Kirov region reached 988 million.

      In the first eight months of 2026, the Kirov region's budget received 50.026 billion rubles in own revenues — both tax and non-tax. This accounts for about 65% of the annual plan.

      Almost 80% of own revenues, or 39.293 billion rubles, were provided by corporate profit tax, personal income tax, and excise duties.

      In particular, the revenues were:

      13.418 billion rubles — corporate profit tax;

      18.729 billion rubles — personal income tax;

      7.145 billion rubles — excise duties;

      10.734 billion rubles — other tax and non-tax revenues.

      The volume of non-tax revenues for the reporting period reached 2.617 billion rubles. The main part was formed by payments for the use of forests and fines.

      Thus, the budget received 991 million rubles in payments for the use of forests and 988 million rubles in income from fines. Another 638 million rubles were other non-tax revenues.
