      In the village of Velikoretskoe in the Yur'yansk district, 50 meters from the temple complex, they continue to create the so-called recreation area. In the photos published by the government, one can see the dug-up ground, partially covered with paving stones — a pedestrian path will be here. Metal frames can be seen on the side, which will serve as the basis for swings. Later, they promise to install lamps and navigation signs there.

      The authorities also note that the idea of creating a recreation area was discussed with local residents. However, they do not provide the reaction of these residents.

      By the way, there was no competition for the creation of the recreation area on the state procurement website — there is only a competition for the arrangement of the access road to the site of religious ceremonies on the banks of the Velikaya River in Velikoretskoe, covering a total area of 1,200 square meters, along the route of the Velikoretsky cross procession. The work will be carried out by entrepreneur Elena Chuprakova for 987 thousand rubles. It is expected to be completed by September 15, 2026.
