The agricultural plot in the Urzhum district has overgrown with weeds — the owner has been fined.
According to the Rosselkhoznadzor, this concerns four plots with a total area of 811.76 hectares in the Shurminsky rural settlement of the Urzhumsky district. During an unscheduled inspection on July 15, it was found that work to eliminate weeds and woody shrubs had been carried out on three plots, but this had not been done on contours 3 and 6 of the fourth plot, which has an area of 686.80 hectares. The order was not fully complied with. On July 23, a protocol was drawn up against the organization under part 25 of article 19.5 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (failure to comply with the order). The materials were submitted to the court, which on August 20 found the organization guilty and imposed a penalty.
