Russia has begun importing fuel to stabilize the situation in the domestic market, said Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak. According to him, supplies are already underway, reports "Lenta.ru".
The government has also adopted the necessary regulations allowing the production and sale of fuel classes "Euro-2", "Euro-3", and "Euro-4", which were previously not permitted for circulation.
Novak also reported that several oil refineries will complete repair work in the near future. In addition, he instructed to take additional measures to increase fuel supplies to regions where the situation remains most tense.
