The group "Uralchem" and "99 points" will provide 100 free spots for preparation for the OGE and EGE.
To qualify for free education, it is necessary to register on the "99 Points" platform, upload the report card for the last year, and write a motivational essay of up to 300 words about the choice of educational institution and how winning the competition will help prepare for admission. An expert commission made up of the authors of the "99 Points" courses and representatives of "Uralchem" will evaluate motivation, literacy, and topic disclosure — up to 10 points for each criterion. An additional 10 points can be earned for the report card, with a maximum score of 40 points. Essays are accepted until September 15 inclusive. From September 16 to 20, experts will determine the winners, and classes will begin on September 21. Classes are conducted online at an individual pace and include webinars, self-study materials, homework, and notes. Participants are accompanied by personal curators, and subject support is available for any questions. Inessa Kogen, Deputy General Director — Director of Human Resources of JSC "OHC "Uralchem": Participation in the "URALCHEMIA" project provides an opportunity to prepare for exams for free, at a level that is comparable to tutoring sessions. Winners receive additional points when applying to partner universities, including Perm State Agro-Technological University, and polytechnic universities in Moscow and Tolyatti. Webinars are conducted for participants by speakers from the "Uralchem" Group and professors from specialized universities, and the most motivated will have an advantage when selecting for internships and practical training. We want a comprehensive approach to help schoolchildren successfully pass exams and consciously choose their future profession with the support of one of the leading companies in the chemical industry in Russia.
