      SMS messages from the RSChS about missile danger began to arrive for residents of the Kirov region at 4:08. They also indicated the number 112.

      Around 6:10, residents of the region received a message about the cancellation of the missile danger. The government of the Kirov region also reported the announcement of the threat and its cancellation on its social media.

      At the same time, in the comments to the message about the cancellation of the danger on the official page of the Kirov region government on "VKontakte," residents of Kirov reported that they did not hear sirens in the city:

      "I can't understand why there were no sirens again? Or did everyone just sleep through it again?" – one of the comments states.
