Water use auctions in the Kirov region are being transitioned to a new format.

      Starting from July 1, 2026, such auctions will be conducted exclusively in electronic format on a platform from a special list approved by the government of the Russian Federation. The water use agreement is concluded based on the results of the auction for the use of the water area of the water body, except in cases established by law. In the first half of 2026, a water use agreement was concluded based on the results of the auction for the placement of a floating bridge on the water area of the river.
