Most Kirov residents are ready to leave for competitors for a better salary.
According to a SuperJob study, 73% of Kirov residents are ready to change employers for better conditions. Another 6% of respondents stated that they are willing to leave for competitors almost at any offer.
At the same time, women turned out to be more open to competitors' offers: 78% of them are ready to consider a move if conditions improve. Among men, this figure is 68%. However, men more often stated that they are ready to leave for a new job "right now" — 7% compared to 4% of women.
Young specialists also turned out to be less attached to their current employer. Among Kirov residents under 35, 80% are ready to move to another company under good conditions, and another 9% agree to move in almost any case. Among residents over 45, these figures were 71% and 4%, respectively.
The main condition for changing jobs was predictably a higher salary — it was mentioned by 94% of those ready to consider competitors' offers.
In second place was the opportunity for career growth — noted by 54% of respondents. Another 52% considered a convenient work schedule important.
For 44% of Kirov residents, the proximity of work to home matters. The possibility of training at the employer's expense is important for 43%, and a good compensation package is important for 37%.
Workers may also be interested in interesting tasks, remote or hybrid formats, the opportunity to use new technologies, and a reduction in workload.
