Kirov residents shared how work affects their professional skills.

      According to a SuperJob study, 43% of employed residents of Kirov believe that they are professionally developing and growing in their current job. Another 36% do not notice either development or degradation — according to them, the job only allows them to maintain their existing level of qualification. At the same time, 15% of respondents stated that they are gradually losing professional skills at their current job. Women more often than men talk about professional growth: 46% believe so compared to 40% respectively. Men, in turn, more often note a loss of qualification — 17% compared to 12% among women. The youth under 35 years old are the most confident in their professional development: every second participant in this age group believes they are growing as a specialist. Among Kirov residents over 45 years old, the share of those who notice a loss of skills reaches 19%. There is also a noticeable dependence on income level. Among Kirov residents earning up to 100,000 rubles a month, only 36% believe they are developing at work. Among those whose income exceeds 150,000 rubles, this figure rises to 56%. At the same time, respondents with a salary between 100,000 and 150,000 rubles most often report a gradual loss of qualification — 18%.
