      In Kirov, a criminal case has been initiated against a 22-year-old local resident. She is suspected of enticing a minor to use drugs. According to the Investigative Committee, in June, in the Novovyatsky district of the city, the girl persuaded her 17-year-old sister to use prohibited substances together. She will be charged in the near future. The court is also expected to choose a preventive measure.
