According to the company, the section was built back in 1972 and has only been partially updated in 2005. After the completion of the work, the new pipes with polyurethane insulation will ensure reliable heating supply to residential buildings and administrative offices during the autumn-winter period.
One of the key stages will be the reconstruction of the heating networks under Kazanskaya Street. Due to the work, from August 4 to 11, traffic in this area is restricted: the roadway is narrowed to one lane.
At the same time, hot water supply for residents of nearby houses is maintained thanks to temporary pipelines. Disconnections are possible only during hydraulic tests and the connection of the temporary scheme.
In total, in 2026, "T Plus" plans to update more than 9 kilometers of pipelines in Kirov across 14 sections.
