The order of parties on the ballot for the State Duma elections has been announced.
On August 5, a draw took place at the Central Election Commission — the parties finally learned their positions on the ballot. 11 participants in the campaign, including five parliamentary parties and six not represented in the Duma, took turns drawing balls from the lottery machine.
The final order is not just a formality. The first line traditionally gives an advantage: voters most often start reading the ballot from the top. Therefore, "United Russia" found itself in a winning position. The numbering on the ballot looks as follows:
1. "United Russia"
2. "Apple"
3. LDPR
4. Direct Democracy Party
5. "Greens"
6. "Fair Russia"
7. "Motherland"
8. CPRF
9. Pensioners' Party
10. "Communists of Russia"
11. "New People"
As noted by the authors of the Telegram channel "Expert on the State Duma / Sklyanchuk Pavel," "When there was a 'against all' option on the ballot, it was located at the very bottom. In this election to the State Duma, voters will see the party 'New People' at the end of the list - number 11."
Let us remind you that the elections will take place from September 18 to 20. Their significance has already been marked at the highest level: the president called the voting the most important domestic political event.
