According to preliminary data from the State Traffic Inspectorate of Kirov Region, the accident occurred on August 4 at 12:15 near house No. 27 on Severное Kольцо street. It has been preliminarily established that the 31-year-old driver of the "Lada Granta" lost control, veered off the roadway, and then the vehicle hit the curb and the concrete barrier. As a result of the accident, the driver sustained injuries. Information on the severity of the injuries has not been specified. Police are conducting an investigation into the accident. The causes and all circumstances of the incident are being established.
