Contractors "T Plus" were fined due to prolonged hot water outages.
During the meeting, Governor Alexander Sokolov reported that there have been many complaints about the hot water shutdowns in Kirov recently. The head of the city administration, Vyacheslav Simakov, responded that the shutdowns are related to preparations for the heating season. According to him, the company "T Plus" and its contractors are conducting pressure testing, during which a large number of defects are identified, sometimes repeatedly in the same areas. The official emphasized that in the case of prolonged work, the utility companies try to install temporary water supply lines so that people do not remain without hot water for long. "We are currently addressing each address," he said.
Simakov added that several contractors from the "T Plus" company have already been held accountable for delaying the work. Recall that the maximum duration is 14 days. The fines can reach up to 200,000 rubles. Sokolov ordered that this money be directed towards compensating people without hot water and improving the areas. He also requested the administration to "react very harshly" to violations.
