A teenager broke into an unfinished house and stole a screwdriver in the Kilmensky district.
A 60-year-old resident of the village of Selino contacted the police. The man reported that a screwdriver worth about 6,000 rubles had gone missing from his house under construction on Soviet Street. An unknown person entered the building and stole the tool.
Criminal investigation officers identified the suspected perpetrator. He turned out to be a minor resident of the village of Kilmese.
According to the police, the teenager was riding a moped, noticed the unfinished house, and decided to go inside. There he found the screwdriver and took it with him.
During the inspection, the police found the stolen tool at the teenager's home. It will be returned to the owner soon.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under the article on theft with illegal entry into a premises. Police officers are currently continuing investigative actions and clarifying all the circumstances of the incident.
