The Kirov UFAS achieved the cancellation of the land sale in the Kirovo-Chepetsky district.
In the Kirovo-Chepetsk district, the auction for the sale of a land plot will be canceled. This was reported by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia for the Kirov region.
The land plot in question is 1,041 square meters in the Chepetskoye rural settlement, intended for the placement of warehouses. The organizer of the auction put the land up for sale; however, one of the potential participants deemed this method illegal and filed a complaint.
During the investigation, the antimonopoly authority established that the permitted use of the plot allows for the construction of buildings and structures. According to the requirements of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, such plots can initially be provided only through an auction for the right to conclude a lease agreement, and not sold outright.
As a result of the complaint review, the actions of the auction organizer were deemed illegal. He was ordered to completely annul the auction and cease the procedure for the sale of the land plot.
