Earlier, on July 21, the administration of the Pizhańskiy district reported the death of local resident Alexander Metelyov, born in 1979. He died while performing combat tasks. The farewell for him took place on the same day at the memorial to internationalist soldiers in the square near the House of Children's and Youth Creativity in the village of Pizhanka.
