Today around 4:00, a Rosgvardiya unit following a route in Kirov noticed a citizen leaving a forest strip near Reidovaya Street. The driver and the officers in the vehicle paid attention to his behavior: upon the appearance of the service vehicle, the pedestrian attempted to hide. Nevertheless, he was promptly detained. During a conversation with the Rosgvardiya officers, the 39-year-old man explained that he had found a small bag with a substance that was unfamiliar to him on the road. The law enforcement officers handed over the detainee to the police, who conducted a search and seized the mentioned package. However, in addition to it, the citizen had another small bag with similar contents, as well as a flask with a pipette. All seized items are currently being sent for examination. The press service of the Rosgvardiya Administration for the Kirov Region emphasized that the conclusions of the specialists will serve as the basis for determining further procedural actions.
