The incident occurred around five o'clock in the morning. During a patrol, officers from the National Guard noticed a man who was waving a stick and behaving aggressively towards passersby. Upon seeing the law enforcement officers, the man attempted to flee, but he was apprehended. At that moment, the manager of a nearby car wash approached the crew. He reported that the detained man had broken the glass of the entrance door of the service establishment, as well as the rear window of a parked car nearby. When asked to explain his actions, the man was unable to provide a coherent answer. According to external signs, as noted by the National Guard, he appeared to be in a state of strong alcohol intoxication. For further investigation, the detained 38-year-old man was handed over to the police. The circumstances of the incident are being established.
