Kilometer-long queues at gas stations partially block the roads.
On the afternoon of July 13, a tense situation with fuel persists in Kirov. At 107A Voroсhkov Street, near the "Irbis" gas station, various reports indicate that between 50 to 100 vehicles have accumulated. The queue started from the intersection with Khlebzavodsky Passage. Prices at this gas station, according to the "GdeBENZ" service, are: AI-92 — 79.99 rubles, AI-95 — 89.99 rubles, diesel fuel — 89.99 rubles per liter.
Due to the rush, cars occupied the roadway, and public transport cannot approach the stop. Bus drivers had to drop off and pick up passengers directly from the second lane. In social media, under the post from the regional government about the "increase in fuel supplies," people complained about the issue. The city administration responded with unparalleled care: "Hello, violations of traffic rules should be reported to the traffic police." As they say, "my house is on the edge."

At the same time, we received a video showing more "fake" queues at other gas stations in Komintern. In one of the clips, several hundred cars can be seen queuing at the "Lukoil" gas station on Pavel Korchagin Street, 231. The queue stretched at least two kilometers.
A similar situation, according to eyewitnesses, is at another "Lukoil" gas station (Pavel Korchagin, 260), where also several hundred cars have accumulated — according to the author, from 600 to 800.
Recall that today Alexander Sokolov stated that the oil refineries affected by drone attacks have resumed operations and will soon return to normal capacity. According to him, "Lukoil" will gradually return to previous supply volumes this week, and the increase will begin on July 14. The head of the region also noted that resellers have appeared in the area, buying up fuel and reselling it at inflated prices, and asked the police to address this issue.
At the same time, Sokolov commented on publications in the media and social networks, calling the spread of false information "deliberate sabotage." He urged citizens not to believe in fakes and to trust only the data from the operational headquarters. The Regional Management Center noted that out of more than 2,000 publications and 4,000 comments about the fuel situation, only about 30% contained constructive proposals. The remaining 70% were apparently just standing in queues and mistakenly filming what supposedly cannot be.

Kilometer-long queues at gas stations partially block the roads.
While regional authorities are battling "fake news" about the fuel crisis, drivers in Kirov continue to wait in line for several hours. Meanwhile, public transport is dropping off passengers right on the roadway because the same queues are blocking access to the bus stops.
