In Kirov, a mother took her son away from his father.
"I was knocked to the ground, beaten, choked - I tried to protect my son... They tore his shirt, the child screamed in horror and pain... Then the mother appeared, grabbed the screaming boy in her arms and got into a car that sped away," says Andrei, his voice trembling with anger and humiliation. The video shows that several men attacked him at once.
As the child's father explained, he and his wife have been divorced for a long time, but they lived together. Their eldest daughter grew up and became an adult, graduating from university this year with honors. And when they were no longer expecting any additions to the family, a boy was born to Andrei and his ex-wife.
"I didn't expect anything good from the birth of a 38-year-old alcoholic woman, as I knew for sure: my ex would go on another binge, and I would be, as before, everywhere alone with my daughter - to kindergarten, to school, and to the hospital. And she, until she drinks herself into a stupor, will be like a madhouse on the loose. And when she gets to the point of turning blue, call a narcologist to prevent her from dying. That's why my son was with me, and he was afraid of his mother - he didn't want to go to her arms," says the boy's father.
This March, Artemiy's parents were in court deciding with whom the boy should stay. The court decided - let him be with his mother: the child is small - it would probably be more comfortable with her. The appeal supported the first instance.
At first, even bailiffs came to Andrei's place, where Tema lived - to hand over the son to the mother. But after seeing how the boy screamed, "I won't go to mom," how he runs away and hides, even the guardianship, as the boy's father recounted, stopped insisting on handing over the child.
So they lived together with their son from October to July, and no one bothered them much - the mother, as they say, drinks, and didn't even congratulate her daughter on her successful graduation. Only in June, a friend approached Andrei - give the child to his mother, he said: "We didn't really argue - he just scared me a little... But I'm not easily frightened," the father recounts about the encounter with a potential future kidnapper of his son.
And when more than a month had passed since that conversation, they attacked Andrei with a fight to take the child away.
"I am now ready to scream out loud, to call out to people at every intersection: help me find out where my son is. I need to know if he is okay... He cried so much when that mother dragged him to the car," says the father of the allegedly kidnapped boy.
As the father of Artemiy explained, when his son was taken away, he managed to obtain video footage from a surveillance camera, so now the car that took the child away is known - a dark-colored Kia Sorento. And the driver's face seemed familiar to him. Even those who beat him have been identified by Kirov residents.
According to the boy's father, the driver of the car was allegedly Oleg Skryabin, an assistant to the deputy Nikulin (from Novovyatsk).
And, as Andrei believes, his child was taken not out of the mother's special love for her minor son, but out of possible "mercantile interest."
"My ex-wife's parents live in the south by the sea. In Anapa. I was told that she intends to take the son far away. But after the child was taken from me near the clinic, my ex-father-in-law called - he served in Kirov and rose to minor ranks. They say he was respected and had connections. And he said the phrase: 'Now let's negotiate.' I understand that when the child is needed by no one - neither the mother nor the grandmother, and for a whole 10 months no one was interested in them, then the conversation will probably be about dividing the property acquired by the father outside of marriage," the interlocutor reflects.
"Yes, I have a decent apartment, but if I give it up, who guarantees that I will get my son back?" says Andrei. Who, however, is ready to give everything just for his son's well-being.
On July 10, a report was filed with the city police department on Krasina Street in Kirov about the forcible taking of the child and the beating of Andrei by an unidentified group of individuals. According to lawyers, such actions, especially in combination, could lead to criminal charges.
