Kirovsky IP was fined for employing a civil registry worker.
According to the Prosecutor's Office of the Kirov Region, a former expert specialist from the Civil Registry Office in Kirov was hired by one of the Kirov entrepreneurs. Current anti-corruption legislation requires that when entering into an employment contract with a former public servant, information about this must be sent to their previous place of work. The individual entrepreneur did not do this.
Based on this fact, the prosecutor's office initiated an administrative case under Article 19.29 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (engaging a former municipal or state employee in labor activity in violation of anti-corruption legislation requirements).
After reviewing the case, the individual entrepreneur was found guilty of the offense and fined 20,000 rubles. After the investigation, all violations were rectified.
