The Kirov administration has signed three resolutions recognizing apartment buildings as emergency and subject to demolition. This concerns buildings in the Sidorovka settlement and the Pervomaisky district of the city.
Thus, the house No. 6 on Kooperativnaya Street in the Sidorovka settlement has been recognized as emergency, as well as houses No. 9 on Mebelshchikov Street and No. 10B on Molodoy Gvardii Street in Kirov. The basis for these decisions was the conclusions of the interdepartmental commission that inspected the buildings in June 2026.
According to the documents, the territorial administration for the Pervomaisky district has been instructed to ensure the relocation of registered residents, for whom the apartments in these buildings are the only place of residence, by December 31, 2026. They will be offered premises from the municipal maneuvering fund.
In addition, the municipal institution "Kirov Housing Management" must send a demolition request to the owners of the emergency houses within three months.
