A thunderstorm with hail is approaching the east of the Kirov region.

      According to data published in the Telegram channel "Amateur Meteorology in Kirov," an active thunderstorm cell is moving through the eastern part of the region. Specialists monitoring the radar situation warn of the potential danger of this phenomenon. Several districts are in the zone of possible impact from the storm. According to preliminary forecasts, the threat remains for the Uninsky, Falensky, Omutninsky, and Afanasyevsky districts. The influence of bad weather on the territory of the Verkhnekamsky district is also not ruled out. Meteorologists highlight two main risk factors: the likelihood of large hail and gusty wind intensifications. Although the threat of a tornado is assessed as unlikely, specialists note that it is still present. The radar image attached to the message shows a vast area of high intensity, which is characteristic of powerful cumulonimbus clouds. Residents of the eastern territories are advised to be vigilant and stay sheltered during the passage of the thunderstorm front.
