The Kirov Emergency Medical Station has won a lawsuit against the Social Fund three times.

      Earlier, during an inspection of the Kirov Emergency Medical Station, the regional branch of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund concluded that in calculating a special social payment for eight employees, the management of the EMS overpaid 4,900 rubles. The inspectors expressed the opinion that the medical institution incorrectly calculated these payments and demanded reimbursement of the aforementioned amount.

      In an attempt to challenge the Fund's decision, the Station appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Kirov Region. The Fund filed a counterclaim, demanding the return of the money.

      The court of first instance sided with the EMS and recognized the Fund's decision as invalid, while denying the satisfaction of the counterclaim. The Fund attempted twice to change this verdict; however, the Second Arbitration Appeal Court and the Arbitration Court of the Volga-Vyatka District upheld it without changes.
