On this day, "River Park" was filled with music, children's laughter, and the atmosphere of a true family celebration. A rich program was prepared for the guests: attractions, master classes, face painting, animation for children and adults, a bubble show, and a performance by a cover band. As expected, the special favorite among the little guests was the cat KSMchik — photos and hugs with him formed a whole queue.
The celebration brought together not only the residents of the microdistrict but also representatives of the authorities, business, and the public. That evening, people gathered on the Coastal Boulevard, united by a common understanding of what a modern comfortable city should be — convenient, safe, and cozy for families. And "River Park" has become one of the bright examples of such an approach. The official start of the event was given by the General Director of KSM, Alexey Semyonovich Mironov. He noted that for the company, each implemented project is not just square meters, but the creation of a comfortable living environment.
The "River Park" microdistrict is one of the largest comprehensive development projects in the riverine part of Kirov. KSM began its implementation in 2021 as part of a comprehensive development agreement.
Special attention in the project is given to landscaping. "River Park" was implemented according to the "car-free yard" concept, making the area safe and comfortable for residents. Modern children's playgrounds have been created in the yards, and landscaping has been carried out with elements of landscape design.
Another point of attraction is the landscaped walking boulevard, over 100 meters long, with a sports area, outdoor exercise equipment, and active recreation areas. Conditions have been created here for both peaceful walks and family sports activities.
Another important social infrastructure facility is a modern kindergarten for 150 places, built as part of the microdistrict's development.
The celebration has ended, but its atmosphere seems to linger in the memories of the residents for a long time. For some, this day became a bright family event, while for others, it was yet another confirmation that a comfortable urban environment begins not only with quality housing but also with a sense of home, where one wants to live, raise children, and build a future.
