31.6 million was spent on labor productivity in the Kirov region over two years.

      In 2024–2025, 31.6 million rubles will be allocated from the regional budget for the implementation of regional projects aimed at increasing labor productivity, of which 31.3 million are inter-budget transfers from the federal budget. The responsible executor is the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, and Trade of the Kirov Region.

      Following the audit, the Accounts Chamber noted that the planned indicators of regional projects have been achieved. A total of 58 industrial enterprises and 10 regional state healthcare institutions are involved in the projects. Starting from 2026, the project will also be implemented in cultural, educational, sports, and social protection institutions.

      With the support of the Regional Competence Center, industrial enterprises have implemented 14 projects. 83% of participating enterprises have achieved a labor productivity increase of at least 5%, and growth in other economic indicators has also been noted. In medical organizations, 40 projects have been implemented to optimize outpatient monitoring.

      Following the audit, the Accounts Chamber sent recommendations to the Legislative Assembly and the governor, and also suggested that the Center intensify its work on providing paid services to enterprises. The regional government has been recommended to improve the system for evaluating the effectiveness of activities.
