Indians have started to receive more timber from the Kirov region.

      From January 1 to June 25, 2026, 42.3 thousand cubic meters of linden timber (Euro cladding and lumber) were shipped from the region to India. This is 41% more than in the same period last year (30 thousand cubic meters). On June 24, specialists from the Administration inspected another 43 cubic meters of lumber for shipment to India. Before export, the products underwent documentary verification and laboratory control at the Kirov branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIKR". No quarantine harmful organisms were detected. Based on the conclusions, two phytosanitary certificates were issued.
