In Kirov, 645 meters of roads will be built for 150 million.

      The initial contract price is 152 million rubles. The construction includes two sections with a total length of 645 meters: Dmitry Kozulev Street (517 m) and Passage No. 2 (128 m). The completion date is October 31, 2027.

      The project includes capital-type road pavement, sidewalks, a bike path, as well as storm drainage (about 900 m), outdoor lighting (23 poles, 42 LED lights), installation of signs, marking, and landscaping (sowing lawns over an area of more than 2,500 sq. m). The contractor will also perform connections to existing and designed roads.

      Requirements for participants: membership in a self-regulatory organization (SRO) and experience in construction, reconstruction, or major repairs of roads costing no less than 60.8 million rubles. Applications are evaluated based on price (60%) and qualifications (40%). The warranty period for the top layer of the pavement will be 8 years, and for the bottom layer — 5 years.
