The pensioner "had tests done" for 53 thousand rubles.

      Let us remind you that, according to Irina Karacheva, on May 4 she claims to have been beaten by a representative of the new owner of the building. And, in horror at the thought that five men might beat her to death, she "lost control of herself."

      As Irina Anatolyevna recounted, that day around 9 a.m. the electricity in her apartment was cut off once again. No, not due to non-payment for March or any non-existent debt, but simply because the new owner of the building was forcing and hastening the "unruly tenants" to sign a lease with him. The price of which is several times higher than the payment for housing under social rent and utility bills, and for some equals or exceeds their pension.

      On Monday morning, when the light went out in her third-floor apartment once again, Karacheva went out into the corridor, where four men — Voronov, Onchukov, Ilyinitsky, and presumably Kuzmin — were standing by the electrical panel. When she asked why the power was cut off, one of the building's owners, Vasily Ilyinitsky, almost instantly reacted.

      "He either pushed me or hit me so that I fell to the floor. He started grabbing my arms (the video is available in the editorial office), after which he snatched my phone. I ran after them to the first floor, screaming... And downstairs, when there were more men, when I received a significant blow to my teeth and found myself on the floor again, I thought that here they would beat me to death... Out of fear, I wet myself, and I didn't even feel the rest at first. Only at home, getting myself together, did I see the stains on my underwear," the woman claims.

      According to the administrative protocol, authored by police major — district officer Mikhail Bezdenezhny, Karacheva "burst into the security post (guard station), where she intentionally damaged property belonging to JSC 'Management Systems' (quote).

      "Namely: she broke a window handle, the cost of which was 2,000 rubles to repair. She damaged an office chair, soiling it with excrement, making it unsuitable for further use without restorative repairs, the cost of which was 8,000 rubles. Intentionally and chaotically pressed the buttons on the access control system (ACS) remote, severing wires, which resulted in the electric control key being disabled and a failure in the operation of the access system, the repair cost of which was 43,400 rubles. By her actions, Karacheva caused material damage to JSC 'Management Systems' in the total amount of 53,400 rubles," the district officer reported in the protocol.

      Pensioner brawl: burst in, defecated, and smashed things?

      The protocol, according to Newsler.ru, has already been submitted to the Magistrate's Court, with a hearing scheduled for July 15. And since the content of the administrative protocol is known to the editorial office, it would be good to clarify: how did a grandmother with a normal, perhaps slightly overweight physique "burst into the security room"? Bypassing the very "guards": Denis Shirokov and Svetlana Belega, who, as residents of the same address, are listed in the "administrative document" as witnesses.

      It is also worth knowing why and during what actions or events the 64-year-old woman tore off the window handle, the repair of which cost two thousand rubles. Moreover, "tearing off window handles" is an event well-known to many, especially in spring when opening window frames after a long break. In fact, most users simply reinsert the handle — on the principle of a peg in a hole — and calmly continue to use the simple mechanism.

      So isn't it interesting to find out which master or company the owner of the former dormitory contracted and paid two thousand rubles for, according to an invoice, receipt, or order? If the internet is full of ads for "comprehensive repairs" along with handles starting from... 400 rubles. After all, if the court is not provided with a document confirming the payment for the repair in the amount claimed by the building owner, the court is unlikely to believe the statement of Mikhail Genadyevich — the district officer.

      Especially impressive is the protocol information about "damaging an office chair by defecation" and its repair costing eight thousand rubles. Given that its (the chair's) analogs are sold at prices ranging from two to six thousand rubles for... a couple of pieces. Or a little more if the chair covering was, in the owner's opinion, made of "genuine leatherette."

      Thus, for the court to accept the information about "causing damage," documents confirming the payment for the repair will be required. Especially since for eight thousand rubles, one can reliably buy two, or even three pieces of the same chairs that were "damaged" by the pensioner.

      At the same time, the process of the woman allegedly defecating on the chair in front of witnesses is of great interest. Especially since, judging by numerous statements from the building owners, Karacheva relieved herself at least three times. First, she left a pile while running down the corridor, then on the stairs when she rushed down, trying to wrest her own phone from Vasily Ilyinitsky (by the way, many remember him as the commercial director of the OAO NIPI 'Kirovproekt' institute). And for the third time, she used her "intestinal resource" on the chair in the security room.

      However, it will be difficult for the district officer to explain to the court how "excrement" ended up on the chair if the footage shows that "it" was not there either before or after Karacheva's "capture" of the "security room." Unless one claims that the pensioner defecated and took everything with her.

      A small investigation was also required for the phrase in the protocol about "intentional and chaotic pressing of buttons on the control panel and severing of wires with subsequent repair of the device," which, according to the building owner, amounted to nearly 45 thousand rubles.

      And, if Irina Anatolyevna does not deny the fact of pressing the buttons: "I tried to call the police on what seemed to me to be someone else's phone with three buttons. But, as the woman claims, when she fell after Ilyinitsky's blow, she crawled to the alarm button on the table leg (that’s when she heard the shout that 'she defecated')... But she reported that she did not touch the device: firstly, there was hope to call the police with it. And secondly, she was unable to reach the box behind the computer, and then to cut something there.

      Moreover, multiple interviewees claimed that there were no failures in the access system — neither on May 4 nor on other days. So the "severing of wires," as well as the repair cost of the electronic equipment — over 43 thousand rubles — will also have to be proven in court.

      At the same time, as Karacheva explained, she did not burst into the security room but entered through an open door to ask people for help. And when she was refused, she tried to call the police from someone else's phone.

      "I will explain why I tore off the window handle: at that moment I saw that one of the owners was quickly approaching my neighbor, who was filming the incident on her phone. I tried to open the window to shout to her — Sveta, run, save yourself, or (probably Voronov) will beat you... But the window latch remained in my hand," the pensioner noted.
