A Kirov resident will be tried for the murder of his cohabitant.

      The investigative department for the Prvomaisky district of Kirov has sent to court a criminal case initiated under part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). According to the investigation, on the evening of April 8, the accused, who was in a state of alcoholic intoxication, had a quarrel with his cohabitant due to personal animosity. During the conflict, the man inflicted one stab wound to the woman's chest. The victim died at the scene from the injury. The court has chosen a measure of restraint for the accused in the form of detention. The investigation has gathered sufficient evidence, and the criminal case with an approved indictment has been submitted to the court for substantive consideration.
