      Recently, around 1 PM, the Rosgvardiya officers received a "alarm" signal from a café located on Svobody Street in Kirov. They immediately headed to the specified address. A 33-year-old woman approached the Rosgvardiya officers, stating that a man had hit her on the head several times. The man, in turn, claimed that the woman had gotten drunk, started yelling, behaving rudely and provocatively, waving her arms, and disturbing other patrons. When he tried to calm her down, she became personal, and the man lost his temper and hit her. After listening to both sides, the Rosgvardiya officers handed them over to the police for further investigation. The agency also reported another recent incident. On Gorky Street, in a shopping center, a previously convicted man born in 1972 attempted to steal a liter bottle of alcohol. It later turned out that a similar man had stolen vodka from a store on Oktyabrsky Avenue. The total damage exceeded 1,000 rubles.
