A man died in a fire in the Kirov region.

      In the Zuevsky district, in the village of Semushino, a two-apartment house caught fire. The fire damaged the roof, and in one of the apartments, the walls, floor, and ceiling were burned. The owner sustained burns and was hospitalized. The presumed cause is a violation of the rules for using household appliances. Ten rescuers and four units of equipment were working at the scene.

      In the Shabalinsky district, in the village of Leninskoye, another two-apartment house was on fire. Outbuildings and the roof burned down, and the walls were charred both outside and inside over an area of 120 square meters. A 58-year-old man died in the fire. According to preliminary data, the cause was careless handling of fire. Seventeen people and three units of equipment participated in the firefighting.

      In the Kotelnichsky district, in the village of Vishkil on the Vyatka River, a 29-year-old man is presumed to have drowned. The body has not yet been found, and an investigation is underway.
