The first stage is mandatory and includes a consultation with a urologist or surgeon. During the consultation, a questionnaire must be filled out, indicating chronic diseases, past infections, and lifestyle characteristics. Based on the results of the questionnaire and examination, the doctor decides whether to refer the patient for the second stage, which involves various examinations.
