The investigation was prompted by the placement of solid municipal waste on land owned by LLC "Fuel Resources." The site is located on Severное Кольцо Street in Kirov. The Ministry of Natural Resources of the Kirov Region clarified that the owner did not voluntarily eliminate the dump. After that, the agency turned to the court. The Primorsky District Court of Kirov satisfied the requirements of the Ministry of Ecology. The company was ordered to remove the waste by September 1, 2026. The press service added: if the decision is not executed on time, a penalty will be imposed. The ministry is keeping the situation under control and promises to report later on how the cleanup went.
