In the enforcement department of the bailiffs for the Omutninsky district, a consolidated enforcement proceeding was underway against a 40-year-old local resident. The total amount of debt, formed from unpaid taxes, overdue credit obligations, and other claims from creditors, exceeded 550 thousand rubles.
As part of the enforcement proceedings, the bailiff repeatedly sent the debtor official notifications about the need to appear for a meeting. During a personal meeting, the citizen was thoroughly informed about her rights and obligations, as well as the consequences of further evasion of debt repayment, namely the application of a set of enforcement measures provided for by Federal Law No. 229-FZ "On Enforcement Proceedings."
Despite the explanations, the debtor ignored the requirements of the bailiff and continued to evade her obligations. As a result, a decision was made to apply measures: orders were issued to freeze the funds in the citizen's accounts, and a ban on registration actions regarding the apartment was also sent. This measure completely excluded the possibility of selling, gifting, pledging, or otherwise disposing of the real estate until the debt was fully repaid.
Realizing the impossibility of fully managing her assets and facing the blocking of financial operations, the debtor quickly transferred the entire amount of the principal debt and also paid the enforcement fee. The enforcement proceedings were concluded with actual execution, and the bans were lifted.
