In Kirov, roads will be closed due to the religious procession.

      Restrictions will be in effect from 6 AM until the completion of the pilgrims' procession. In certain areas, traffic will be closed only from 1 PM – until the column passes. Here is the complete list of sections where traffic will be altered. From 6:00 AM until the end of the cross procession: the section from the city border of Kirov to the transport interchange and the approach to the new bridge; the new bridge in Kirov; Dzerzhinsky Street – to Luganskaya Street; Moscow Street – between Vsesvetskaya and Kazanskaya; Kazanskaya Street – between Moscow and Albert Likhankov Street (as well as several other adjacent sections). From 1 PM until the pilgrims pass: Luganskaya Street; Moscow Street – between Lomonosov and Kazanskaya Streets (this section will be completely closed). Authorities ask drivers to plan their routes in advance and, if possible, to avoid the specified areas.
