      In the Kirov region, filming took place for the show "Magic of Taste" (16+) on the "My Planet" channel. The host of the program, Anton Zaitsev, got acquainted with the local gastronomy, visited farms, museums, and food establishments in the region.

      The film crew visited the author of books on Vyatka cuisine, Maria Saurova, the eco-farm "Demyanovo" in the Podosиновский district, the chocolate museum "Criollo," and also went to the Slobodsky district, where the host was offered dishes made from mushrooms.

      In Kirov, the film crew visited the restaurant "Shchedrin." There, a gastronomic set was presented for the program, inspired by the biography and works of the writer Mikhail Saltykov-Shchedrin. It included dishes inspired by the culinary preferences of the literator, including pike perch with mushrooms, pâté with berry jam, and a dessert based on rye flour.

      According to the establishment's manager, the filming lasted about noon and was the team's first such experience. As a result, the staff was pleased with the warm response from the guests. She also noted that Anton Zaitsev made an impression as an open and knowledgeable person who was actively interested in the history of the Vyatka region, local traditions, and culture.

      The release of the program filmed in the Kirov region is expected in September.
