      The restriction is in effect on the section from Chernyshevsky Street to Ordzhonikidze Street. The reason is the major road repairs. The work will continue until November 30, 2026. The contractor is LLC "Construction Management-43". The company is required to coordinate the traffic organization project with the Municipal Institution "Directorate for Urban Improvement of Kirov" and the traffic police department for the city of Kirov, as well as to install barriers and road signs according to GOST standards. The work area must be maintained in a safe condition, and artificial lighting is provided during dark hours.
