Activists of the "Young Guard" tidied up the Health Trail in Poroshino.
The initiative to hold a community cleanup at the sports and tourism complex "Poroshino" came from the young guards themselves. During a personal reception, they sought support from State Duma deputy and member of the Supreme Council of the United Russia party, Oleg Valenchuk, who has been developing this area for many years.
– Our team has been developing the sports and tourism complex "Poroshino" for over 20 years. Today, all conditions for walking, sports, and various activities have been created here. I thank our young guards for such a wonderful initiative. We provided the guys with the necessary equipment, and they worked hard. I am sure that all Kirov residents will also be grateful for the cleanliness on the Health Trail, – noted Oleg Valenchuk.
Oleg Valenchuk also emphasized that involving youth in public affairs is a key aspect of forming civic responsibility and patriotic consciousness. In his opinion, it is young people who can bring fresh ideas and energy to the economy and public life of their homeland.
Such community cleanups have become a good tradition for the young guards. Previously, MGER volunteers participated in cleaning the territory of the Yezhovsky lake-spring complex, near the family center "Vyatka of Generations," and in Kirov's Victory Park.
– Fighting for ecology is not just slogans, but concrete actions. Today our activists took rakes and garbage bags and tidied up the Health Trail. We regularly participate in community cleanups because we believe that cleanliness in Kirov starts with us. Let's take care of the forests, parks, and city streets together – after all, this is our common home, – said the deputy head of the Kirov branch of MGER, Yeremey Bushmelev.
