The incident occurred on the evening of January 17. According to the agency, a young man, while in a state of alcohol intoxication, punched the victim in the face during a quarrel. As a result, the man sustained injuries, including a fracture of the nasal bones. Medical professionals classified the injuries as causing moderate harm to health.
The court found the resident of the village of Orichi guilty under part 1 of article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He was sentenced to six months of restriction of freedom.
In addition, the convicted person was ordered to pay 30,000 rubles in compensation for moral damage to the victim.
