The second one went: is the rape of a wife during the division of property becoming a mass "entertainment"?
According to the plaintiff Irina (name changed), her husband forced her to "fulfill her marital duty" on May 1. What else the "offended wife" wrote in her statement has not yet been disclosed to Kirill (name changed). During a search conducted at the house on the day Irina reported to the police, a green silk sheet was seized, allegedly torn by the victim's artificial nails (one could just as well try with dentures) during her resistance to violence. And if in the first publication the focus is on young and hot-tempered spouses, the current "rapist" can only nostalgically recall the word "puberty," sadly reminiscing to the sounds of the song "The Wounded Bird Was Not Given in Hands," and can only admit to himself that nowadays a woman's refusal pleases him much more than her consent... In short, Kirill is over 50, and he is more concerned about regular heart pains and recently diagnosed conditions of "heart failure" and "hypertension." Also, there are urgent recommendations from doctors to lead a calm, peaceful, and measured life, excluding any and... "other types" of physical activity. Including intimacy.
How long faith is buried Kirill is a well-known person in Kirov, having established himself as a principled and honest partner while working for a company engaged in cottage construction: building materials, quality of work, deadlines, so that clients are not ashamed to look him in the eye. He met Irina about eight or nine years ago when she, hiding from the investigation, was sheltered with her son for six months at her parents' dacha. "She said that a case was fabricated against her, that it was not her who stole, but the management, and she only signed the documents. Being under a 'non-leaving' subscription, she decided not to attend the interrogations... Then she was sentenced for embezzlement of state property and instead of seven real years, she received two 'conditionally' as the mother of a minor son. At that time, I believed her as I would believe myself," the man recounts. For two years, Irina did not work; he understood — where could she go with a criminal record and "such fame." They registered their marriage seven years ago, and then she suggested starting a construction business. In the company, she is the sole founder and director.
As Kirill explained, all these years he turned a blind eye to her "artistry" and "murky schemes." "Of course, we quarreled when she decided to 'save' on materials and the quality of construction. When for a well-known magazine she spoke of herself as a cool business lady, while she was photographed at one house, but from different angles, saying, look how many orders my company has. Only I knew that there were two guest workers in the brigade of builders. I was the third employee. And even when she sold the apartment supposedly for the development of the company, and squandered the money, I just shrugged: your apartment, do what you want... And we temporarily moved into my older son's house — he has a mortgage and his own good, promising business," Kirill says.
Thus, the spouses lived on someone else's floorboards until this March when she announced her intention to divorce... Why? Because she cannot work with him — he is too correct and honest, and also helps too much with the children from another marriage. "I didn't argue: if you don't want to, I won't impose myself and won't deceive clients, and I went to become a truck driver. I honestly thought — she would get over it, we would save the family... But she announced that she wanted to take everything, even my son's house. I said: 'How long are you going to mock me? We earned together — we will divide.' And she replied: 'You left your ex with a bare backside, so leave everything to me... I did leave, but my children lived in that 'three-room apartment.'
Came for his own search On May 1, Kirill hurried home from a trip to buy flowers and a bottle of dry wine for her. They sat down at the table peacefully, amicably. "I noticed she was drinking more often, and it led her to discuss family problems. To avoid trouble, I went to the bedroom, turned on the TV, and probably dozed off from exhaustion — the road was not easy: Kirov-Yekaterinburg-Chelyabinsk-Magnitogorsk-St. Petersburg — had to make it on time everywhere. I woke up when a kick hit my ribs. She fell to the floor from the kick, screaming: 'Son, call the police,' - but we had long gotten used to her drunken circus. I said, you drank — sleep... And she crawls into bed, but not just like that, but in red shameful lingerie, with some feathers, with a gag, handcuffs, and a leather whip... No, if you lightly hit with the whip, there will be no marks, but if you hit with fury — there will be bruises all over the body. You walk, I swear to God, like a zebra," continues the accused husband of "rape."
The morning of May 2, as Kirill recounted, was ordinary: he woke up at 6 AM, drank tea, offered some to his wife, but she couldn't get up — she was resting until almost noon. And then it was as if nothing had happened: the whip, the collar that nearly choked her, and the chest injuries. Doctors did not find any broken ribs, but diagnosed a "severe bruise," which will hurt for up to six months (documented by a report from the hospital to the police as an injury inflicted by the wife).
Biting is manly On May 4 at 5 AM, Kirill left for another trip. He called from the road: "I reached Yekaterinburg with God's help — I can't breathe." On May 7, he informed his wife from Perm: "I will be in five or six hours. I have no strength — no painkillers help." "I arrived, handed the truck over to my partner, and went home. Her son was sitting on the porch — mom had gone somewhere. The house was empty, only the dog wanted to go for a walk. I saw a police Gazelle driving down the street, along with several other cars. I asked: guys, are you lost? No, they said, we are here for you — with a search. Your wife, they laughed, filed a statement that you raped her on May 1... How is that? I can barely breathe after the kick and the whip, my heart beats irregularly... And I almost died that night. The guys walked around the house, looked, and took the sheet — type, torn, so it's evidence. I don't know what they will come up with, tearing silk — that's only something Hulk can do. Unless someone snipped it with scissors beforehand," Kirill says.
In response to a question from Newsler.ru about whether his wife has evidence of the rape, Kirill explained that there seem to be pinpoint bruises on her hands — as if someone poked with a finger, and a bruise on her lip — "when I left, it definitely wasn't there." The investigator also asked why he bit his wife on the pinky... And indeed, why? "I somehow didn't immediately realize that this was not the drunken nonsense of my wife, but a pre-planned action: no one but her knew that I would return home — and at what time — from halfway through the trip. She brought the police statement, accompanied by a lawyer, already prepared. That her long-time client — one of the 'trauma' doctors, as she often said, would write 'any examination.' And that the surveillance camera would be turned off, which I learned when I became curious about who had been visiting her. Well, the one who left the bruise on her lip and bit her finger (the memory card has been handed over to the authorities). Indeed, I still have a recording of the conversation between my wife and the lawyer, where they discuss the scheme to 'take over' my son's house... Yes, I understand that this does not pertain to proving my innocence," the man continues.
But at the same time, Kirill is instilled with hope for justice by the "police's laughter," saying, man, we understand that this is a real "setup" and they simply "intend to con you out of money." Especially since Irina had to admit that the "red panties," whip, handcuffs, collar, and other components of sex toys were not bought by her husband, as stated in the statement, but by her personally. After all, in the BDSM kit handed over by Kirill to the police, there was a receipt indicating the date, price, and place of purchase.

The second one went: is the rape of a wife during the division of property becoming a mass "entertainment"?
Not even three days had passed since the first publication about the ongoing trial for the "rape of a wife by her own husband," when another resident of Kirov turned to Newsler.ru to share his story, the criminal proceedings of which — on the same charge — began on May 7.
